In our effort to move to 64-bit app architecture, we have started migrating users from 32-bit Reader to 64-bit versio of Reader. We would like to understand why 64-bit Reader is not working for you. Could you please provide more details regarding your workflow.

Here's the official answer: Currently, Acrobat DC 64-bit for Windows is available in the following geographies - Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Enterprise customers are advised not to use the installer because all enterprise configurations are yet not supported on 64-bit Acrobat.
The final, and most important, step is to select the correct version of Adobe Reader DC. Adobe’s download page always selects the 64-bit version by default.
