Hi - recently bought a brand new 2023 GTI. Car is a delight to drive, however the infotainment system will freeze, black out, generate “Component Protection Active” errors, restart and cycle every few minutes, and disable safety features like cross traffic. Very unfortunate for a new car. Took it to the dealer and they cleared codes, and Ef6au.
